Why to be consistent with our goal?

I wrote an article on how to be consistent. Once you understand your goal and keep working on it daily, you see significant changes and get compounded results.

You need to grind it your brain this idea that there is no overnight success, you have to trust you gut feeling irrespective of what others say, and keep doing your work. I made a point to read a book daily only for 30 minutes, no matter how busy my day is. I’m reading a book on trading. Trading is not 100% legal in India, yet I read. When I started reading, I didn’t understand anything yet I read it daily just to make me habitual with reading. That’s how you break the resistance of lethargy and cultivate a habit.

I have added doing plank to my schedule now. I do plank only for 2 minutes daily. That’s it. Do it for 5 days and your will get habitual with it. Now you don’t need to put stress on your brain like before. Your brain will automatically guide you to do it. That’s how you cultivate a habit.

Being consistently reading articles for blogs and reading books, I have upgraded my goal. Because I know, if I show up to work daily, I can learn any skill with daily small efforts. You can achieve anything you want to within 5 years. Just put in the work, others will give up and you will automatically emerge as winner in your industry.
