Control your mindset, you have nothing to lose..

My mother practices meditation daily for atleast 20 minutes. She has a great decision making power just because of it, as she claims. Now she is forcing me to meditate daily for 20 minutes. I can’t make for 20 minutes and I started with 5 minutes. With practice and consistency, I’ll improve.
I sit erect with close eyes. But what is meditation? Here’s the simple definition; thinking nothing! Sounds simple, right? Just try it for 2 minutes. If you can stop your mind from thinking, then you’ll achieved moksha. I can sit for 7-8 minutes. I can’t usually stop my mind wandering and I talk to Mr. Universe to guide me achieve my goals and the girl I love (who rejected me, yet I love her). It’s unbelievable I’m typing such kind of blog.
Once I do that, I rub my palms against each other and place on my face and pull down. And then I open my eyes. It feels fresh. You may feel something else, but it’s worth it. I read somewhere that millionaires meditate to set priorities. Mobile app like Calm can help you to achieve mindfulness.
